About rcs

The online magazine that seeks to drive critical conversation about the expanding art world.

Its aims are as follows:

Credit: Gary Todd, Ancient Chinese Coin String, 2014
To illuminate the ongoing topical and historical importance of digital art
To recognize digital artists and their collectors in today’s cultural landscape
To make sense of the hybrid realities where analog and digital, and human and nonhuman intersect
To elevate new voices and foster dialogue between creator communities
To publish art writing characterized by originality, criticality, and plurality

Since its launch in January 2022, Right Click Save has helped to define digital art’s cultural importance through critical essays and interviews, as well as a physical anthology of historic texts. By bridging digital and fine art communities, empowering contributors, and demystifying artspeak, RCS offers an indispensable space for the next generation of artists, collectors, and curators to shape the future of contemporary art.
